Rebecca Andrews practices in the Litigation and Real Estate and Environmental areas. Her practice focuses on business, corporate, and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in contracts, construction, landlord/tenant, real property, commercial, torts, condominium matters, and professional malpractice. Rebecca has experience in both the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to joining Davis Malm, Rebecca was associated with Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP, and Riley & Associates, P.A.

Representative Matters


  • Represented condominium association in action against unit owner to enforce adherence to the condominium by-laws and successfully obtained preliminary injunction.
  • Represented residential landlord in lead paint poisoning case brought by former tenant alleging neurological damage.
  • Successfully represented attorney in legal malpractice action involving the conveyance of real estate.
