We have extensive experience working with the many federal and state administrative agencies that regulate our clients. Our employment attorneys have written and lectured widely in the complex field of employment law. One member is a former counsel to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, a former consultant to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and a former adjunct professor of discrimination law at Boston University School of Law. Another has been elected as a fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and for many years has taught in the Trial Advocacy Workshop at Harvard Law School. A third is an active member of the Boston Bar Association's Employment Section Steering Committee. Moreover, unlike many of our peers, we represent employers as well as executives and employees.
